Technovole is dedicated to maintaining a safe, healthy, and respectful work environment free from harassment or discrimination of any kind. We are vigilant in upholding our workplace standards of respect, integrity, and goodwill. Any actions, whether at work or outside, that threaten the well-being of the Technovole community or its members, or that negatively impact Technovole’s interests, will result in immediate and appropriate disciplinary measures. Allegations of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation will be investigated promptly, thoroughly, and impartially, with support from external experts if necessary. Technovole will strive to maintain confidentiality and provide support throughout the investigation process, taking corrective action when required.
Employees or members of Technovole’s network who believe they have experienced or are aware of any incident of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation are encouraged to report the conduct to the HR Director (hr@technovole.com) or via our Whistleblower WhatsApp Hotline at +256787701558.
Furthermore, Technovole encourages individuals who feel comfortable doing so to directly address the person whose behavior is causing concern, making it clear that such behavior is unwelcome and must cease. This proactive approach can help resolve issues and promote a culture aligned with our values—one where everyone supports each other’s success.
